To Do: Take a Break (from self-judgement)

TODAY I’LL GIVE MYSELF A BREAK. I understand that it’s near impossible to make progress when I’m constantly judging myself. Instead of beating myself up with negative judgements, I’ll practice self-acceptance and acknowledge how far I’ve come managing my Bipolar illness. There is much to celebrate for small steps toward recovery.

It’s not easy, but I’m doing it.

 

Today I’ll give myself a break. I hope you do too.
